We welcomed fall break with the Mckeel’s coming to visit on Wednesday! We were so excited they came and we planned a zoo trip for Thursday and had Emily and Will meet us there! (Poor Parker and Brian, did not get to attend the outing!) Mr. Josh was a great driver and we made it there with our little mile announcer miss Jaycee!
We stopped at cat country first and the girls were in amazement with the HUGE cats!
Davis had to be sure and take every animal in…
Monkeys are so cute and so fun to watch…
China was a BIG hit too, I would love to tell you it was the Pandas that made it so interesting but the kids were especially fond on the man with no shirt..ha!
The kids had fun riding walk, and running through the zoo…
PANDAS…Mrs. Lacy trying to get her selfie with the panda bear. The kids loved watching Lele eat her bamboo.
Emmy and Jaycee posing with the animals in the safari
Poor Davis needed a little nap, so he got all comfortable in the stroller, can’t you tell?
We sure love the farm animals, however, the smell was not our favorite part! Riding the cow and sitting in the egg were pretty fun too!
We promised the kids they could ride one ride while at the zoo and the little girls decided they would pick the boat…
Jaycee and Davis, decided they needed a much more grown up ride…so they picked the spin in circles till you puke ride…HA!
Emmy thought it was quite entertaining…
Lunch time came quickly and we decided to play after we got our tummies full…
The our sweet children turned into monkeys….
Will had to say goodbye….so they could go get Parker from school!
One picture of the mommas! I love these two sweet ladies so much and cherish every visit we have together! They made my Murray journey in life so much fun and they will always be my Murray family!
We had to get a family picture…The Mckeel family!
Before we left we decided to let the kids cool off, what do you think, good idea or bad? HA!
I sure love my sweet cashed out zoo babies! Jaycee was precious and sang Davis to sleep!
We had such a good visit with the Mckeel family and cannot wait to do it again. I love seeing our kids play together and our friendship grow despite our distance. Our late night talks were the highlight of our visit and I am anxiously awaiting our next visit to Murray!
