July 4th, the holiday that literally went out with a BANG…SERIOUSLY!

We are horrible parents we have NEVER stayed up with our kids to see fireworks on the 4th, BUT this year we decided if they can handle Disney, they can handle anything, RIGHT??? Well, this is the kids before heading to the Gatlin’s for dinner…

I blew up this picture for several reasons….The Morrison’s put on a great show and we were so excited to finally watch it. I was busy trying to get a picture and captured the “finale” as it has been called. An amber blew by the wind fell into the reload box and luckily our buddy Matthew noticed it and started yelling…Look really closely you can see him jumping into the water and two of  the guys running to their families….IT was a SHOW! Literally everyone with one minor exception (sweet Florence) ran or fell to the ground. It was amazing that no one got hurt and even more amazing that Florence thought it was the best show she had ever seen! HA! I couldn’t remember what I was doing when this event happened but now I know I was taking a picture before walker pulled Emmy and I literally underneath him to protect us. CRAZY!!! Their first show was literally a BANG!
