EASTER….egg hunts, pictures and candy

Oh my holidays just get more and more fun around here. Davis is so into make believe and loves to talk so everything is such an adventure to him. We woke up to him finding his Easter surprise a CARS scooter. He was in love instantly and rode it all around the house all morning long. He would ask things like Where did the Easter bunny buy this, or did he make it, or why did he get a scooter for me, because he thought I’d like it, and so on. We went outside to attempt some pictures and he decided he needed to get the newspaper first…paper boy!

Then we took Daddy and Davis shots…what a mess, it gets better, I promise!

Then we tried for a family shot, took awhile huh??? Still not a perfect one so I included the best of them!

Then I told D I needed some of him being sweet, yep this is what I got, can you say ham?

After worship we went to a friends house for a big lunch and yet another egg hunt. He made buddies with Ella.

 

It took awhile for the hunt and he was so over waiting he took it upon himself to ask when they could start hunting! Way to take charge…no idea where he gets that!

Let the hunt begin…

I loved they put no candy in the eggs and gave prizes for how many eggs you found. D racked up. He got four prizes and came home with action figures, a bat and ball set, a net for fishing and a swim toy! We had a blast and he took a fabulous nap after all the fun,. I would say a successful Easter!
